The Universal Addiction (Part 2): How Life Addictions Influence Our Decisions

When we discuss astral travel and lucid dreams, the subconscious mind always enters the discussion. We state that the subconscious mind is the gateway to
astraltravel and lucid dreams or, if we’re skeptics, we say that both of these phenomena are just subconscious illusions. Both of these statements have
degreesof truth within. It all depends on your definition of reality.

Think of the subconscious mind as a working computer hard disk drive. It collects and stores quite a bit of record. It also stores and plays a large number of
programs, most of which you got from folks early existence. For the first six years approximately of living you were in a hypnotic-like state – purchasing took
thingsin and stored them as inescapable fact. Over your lifetime of experience your subconscious has accumulated enough additional programs permit it to jog
mostaspects of your life on mechanical.

Concepts with regard to sustainability, green business, organic food, energy efficiency, spirituality, equality, human & animal rights, health & well-being and
non-violencebecome tend to be and support part goods I call conscious Surviving. Being “aware” of our actions and framing this in an even bigger context one
morean essential part from the philosophy.

Here’s a definite example: You grew up in a household where your father any drunk. As he drank he abused your mother when there was no food on the table.
Yousay to yourself, ”I by no means treat my cousin like in which.” Every time you think about what your dad did, you feel more and others angry. Takes place
differentlyto that file everytime you think about it? Habits form and that past file expands. Modern you hate it, you will you become like the things you hate
consideringfile tackle more of your mind.

Although the conscious system is the gatekeeper, and functions effectively in this way. Every decision cooked by the conscious mind is based on the beliefs,
memories, motivations and moral codes that are stored on unconscious concentration.

Increase self-belief and self confidence. Figure out what you have to offer you the world. Identify your strengths and understand. Instead of obsessing over
yourweaknesses or flaws, focus on your strengths and boost self conviction. As self confidence increases, self esteem follows positively high self esteem,
usuallydifficult to get mired down in the pits of self consciousness.

You inhale-exhale 20,000 times a day. Over a lifetime, that’s at least 100 million times. Imagine how breathing even a little more consciously will lead to
profoundimprovements in the quality of your entire life!
